HE LIVES

A True Story of Survival, Justice, and the Man They Couldn’t Break.

After surviving police brutality that nearly claimed his life, E. Andre Gilbert embarked on a remarkable journey through injustice, healing, faith, and redemption. His memoir is more than a story of survival. It is a testimony that He Lives.

Meet E. Andre Gilbert

The Man Behind the Story

E. Andre Gilbert has lived a life marked by perseverance. Raised in Trenton, New Jersey during one of America’s most turbulent decades, he later built a successful career in Silicon Valley before surviving a life-changing act of police brutality. Alongside his wife Francesca, he devoted ten years to raising twenty-six foster children, offering healing, hope, and stability to young lives in need. Today he writes to encourage others through the lessons forged by hardship, faith, and resilience.

My story isn’t about what happened to me. It’s about what The Most High did through it.

HE LIVES

Wounded by Justice. Healed by Truth.

HE LIVES is a powerful memoir that traces one man’s journey through injustice, suffering, survival, and spiritual transformation. It reveals how moments of unimaginable pain can become testimonies of hope when placed in God’s hands.

Justice

Faith

Hope

That promise became this book.

That promise became this community.

The He Lives Forever Community

Where Testimonies Become Hope

Every life has a story.

Every life has a story worth telling.

Some stories are marked by healing. Others by restoration, answered prayer, unexpected provision, or strength through life’s hardest seasons. Whatever your journey, your testimony has the power to encourage someone who needs hope today.

The He Lives Forever Community is a place where stories of faith remind us that the Most High is still moving, still restoring, and still changing lives.

Our Vision

We are building more than a community. We are creating a place where people can encourage one another through real stories of God’s faithfulness.

As the He Lives Forever Community grows, we hope to create spaces where members can share testimonies, build meaningful connections, discover encouragement, and find hope through the experiences of others. Whether you are sharing your own journey or seeking strength for the road ahead, you are welcome here.

This is only the beginning, and we invite you to grow with us.
